Excited and proud of our office’s “Aggelos Giakis” complete transition and evolution, with more than 30 years experience, to our technical company “GA builty development”, which now undertakes all the work of preparation, development & implementation of our construction projects.

We are internationally active in a wide range of building typologies, including hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars, private residential projects as well as restoration of Byzantine and post-Byzantine buildings. We create identities and architectural structures suitable of each project’s expectations. We combine a high level of design, construction know-how and modern technologies for the production of integrated proposals and services in the field of architecture and construction.

Our team, which consists of experienced engineers and a carefully selected partners’ network, offers integrated design and construction services, with an over 30 years experience and a large number of completed projects in Greece, which ideally cover the needs and desires of our customers, always delivered in time and according to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
