Basic client’s desire was the difference from industrial buildings commonplace. The ground floor has been designed for auxiliary uses and the first floor for the commercial part.

special features

Particular emphasis was placed on the accessibility of the building from the street due to the central location of the plot, without altering the facades of the building.
